The Energy Healing Program goes beyond the physical body to tap into the spiritual, mental and emotional aspects that we often ignore and that are the very foundation of our wellbeing. Ayurvedic wisdom informs that all “dis-ease” begins in the mind and this is why it is necessary to address long-withstanding energetic issues which eventually spill over into the physical body as pain, malaise or other chronic issues. Through this program, you will learn to incorporate principles and techniques from the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, Yoga, Reiki, the Chakra system, mindfulness and meditation. You will learn how to incorporate this knowledge into your daily life to create lasting changes that will increase your vibration and quality of life.
